What is Fusion Data Co?

What industries do you serve?

The pattern matters more than the vertical. If leads come in by phone or form and turn into scheduled appointments, we have built for it.

Can I see a demo?

Yes, and we run it against your business rather than a sample account. Bring your call flow and your lead sources and we will show you where the leaks are and what the fix looks like. Book a call or use the contact form.

Who is this not a good fit for?

If your phone already gets answered every time, every web lead gets a reply the same hour, and you can name which ad paid for last month's jobs, you do not need us. We will tell you that on the call rather than sell you something. We are also a poor fit if you want an agency to own your logins and keep you in the dark. Everything we build, you own.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the selected product, usage and scope. Explore the product catalog and ask about the offering you need; pricing and setup are confirmed before you commit.

How should I think about whether it pays for itself?

Do this arithmetic before you talk to us. Take your average job value. Count the calls that went to voicemail last week and the web leads that waited more than an hour for a reply. Multiply. If that number is smaller than the build, do not buy it.

Do you offer payment plans?

Available payment methods and billing terms are confirmed for your selected offering. Financing is not promised across all products.

What's your refund policy?

Refund and cancellation terms depend on the selected product and accepted agreement. Review those terms before paying.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel from your client portal or by telling us. You get your data, your accounts and your code. We do not hold anything hostage to make leaving expensive.

How long does implementation take?

Most builds go live in 2-4 weeks. A Launch build can be live in 7-10 days. Bigger scopes take longer because of integrations, not because of queueing.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We do the implementation, the configuration and the maintenance. You get a dashboard for your numbers and your contacts, and a walkthrough so your team actually uses it.

How does the AI phone agent work?

It answers the calls you currently miss. Built on ElevenLabs voice with natural language handling, it takes the call, answers common questions, qualifies the caller, books the appointment on your calendar, and escalates anything urgent to a human. Every conversation is logged into your CRM.

What CRM do you use?

Whatever fits. We implement and tune HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com or Notion, and we also build custom CRMs from scratch when the off-the-shelf ones force you to work backwards. Custom builds include lead scoring, automated follow-up and source attribution without a per-seat charge.

Do you offer hosting?

Yes. Sites and applications we build can be hosted on our plans, running on Vercel and Cloudflare with SSL, CDN, uptime monitoring and regular backups. Plenty of clients host it themselves instead, and that is fine. It is your code either way.

How is my data protected?

SSL/TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest on managed Postgres (Neon), role-based access control, automated backups with point-in-time recovery, secrets held in the platform environment store rather than the codebase, and GDPR and CCPA handling for contact data. We are a small engineering team, not an audited enterprise vendor, so we will not claim certifications we do not hold. Your data is never sold or shared.

How do I get started?

Book a 30 minute call through the contact page. You walk us through how a customer reaches you today and where it stalls. You get a map of the leaks and what fixing each one is worth, yours to keep whether you hire us or not. If it makes sense you pick a scope and we start, and you go live usually 2-4 weeks later.

What happens after launch?

The systems keep running and we keep watching them. Support plans cover hosting, monitoring, fixes and ongoing improvements.
